Personal and social development is taught through every activity.  Children express their feelings and come to terms with various events in their lives through imaginative play and dressing up.  Through role-play they can become fire-fighters, police constables, doctors or nurses, waiters and shopkeepers.  In many activities they have to take turns, share and cooperate.  They have to cope with winning and losing, and become confident, independent and sensitive to the needs of others.  We provide books, games, toys and pictures which portray positive images of both sexes, all races and those with special needs.  We celebrate birthdays and festivals from various faiths and cultures throughout the year.
