The Pre-School Learning Alliance is committed to helping pre-school groups provide equality of opportunity for all children and families.  As a member of the PLA, Cumnor Pre-School Nursery believes that no child, individual or family should be excluded from the Nursery's activities on the grounds of age, gender, sexuality, class, family status, means, special needs, colour, ethnic origin, culture, religion or beliefs.  We aim to ensure that all those who wish to work in, or volunteer to help with, our Nursery have an equal chance to do so.
