Staff keep detailed records on the progress of your child and are happy to discuss them with you at any time.  When your child starts Nursery you will be asked to start this process by completing a form entitled 'All about Me'.

The Nursery uses the Oxfordshire Pupil Profile as their main record.  This document will accompany the child throughout the Foundation Stage so the teacher in your child's reception class will add to the same document to show your child's progress.  The Nursery staff will also provide your child's school with a short written report which is a summary of the information in the Oxfordshire Pupil Profile.  You will receive a copy of this written report and you are welcome to view your child's Pupil Profile at any time.

If you would like to discuss your child's progress with a member of staff then a good time would be during your time as parent helper.  If this is not convenient please contact the Nursery and the staff will be happy to make an appointment to meet with you.  Communicating regularly with the Nursery helps us to provide the best care for your child as children may have different needs at different times.  The more we can understand those needs the better the service we can deliver.
