Meet the Staff Team

Admin Manager: Margo Mills
Margo has worked at Cumnor Pre-School since 1996 and was appointed Manager in September 2016 and became the Admin Manager in January 2021. She has a B.A. (Hons) Degree, the Diploma in Pre-School Practice Level 3 and in 2010 was awarded Early Years Professional Status. Margo has Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene Level 2 and attended Designated Lead Safeguarding training. Margo is the SENDCo for our setting.

Pre-school Manager: Alison Livesey 
Alison has worked at Cumnor Pre-School since 2000. She was appointed Deputy Manager in September 2016 and then Pre-school Manager in January 2021. She has the Diploma in Pre-School Practice Level 3, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene Level 2. She has attended Designated Lead Safeguarding training.

Deputy Manager: Lizzie Lee-Brandon 
Lizzie has worked at Cumnor Pre-School since May 2013 and was appointed Deputy Manager in January 2021. She has a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare, Paediatric First aid, Food Hygiene Level 2 and has attended Designated Safeguarding Lead training.

Nursery Assistant: Grace Arthur
Grace was appointed in September 2020. She has an NVQ Level 3 qualification, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene Level 2. She has attended General Safeguarding Training.

Nursery Assistant: Amber Pettifer

Amber was appointed in April 2024.
